Is applying free?
Yes. The application is free and does not create an order, reserve a unit or collect payment.
Does applying guarantee selection?
No. Applications are reviewed against the current round, delivery region and available capacity. Selection is not guaranteed.
When will I hear back?
We aim to send an outcome within the round's stated review window. If the round fills first, your profile may remain eligible for a future match.
Why do I need to confirm my email?
Confirmation proves that you control the address and prevents invitations from being sent to an address entered by mistake.
Will I need to use Shopify checkout?
Selected testers see the complete product, credit, shipping and checkout terms before deciding. The application itself is not checkout.
Will I be charged automatically?
No. There is no paid membership or automatic payment. Any later purchase requires your own checkout decision.
Which countries are eligible?
Each round states its delivery region. Founding Round 01 is currently configured for eligible Canadian delivery addresses; the application will show the active market.
What happens after delivery?
Selected testers use the product during the stated test window and complete a short structured feedback form.
Do I have to post a public review?
No. Public posts are not required. If you choose to share publicly, disclose that you received the product through a tester round.
Can I change my address?
Reply to the latest Early Run email before an offer or shipment is finalized. We cannot promise that a late change can be accommodated.
What if my delivery is damaged or does not arrive?
Contact us promptly with your order and delivery details. The applicable shipping and refund policy explains the next steps and carrier documentation.
Is Early Run the product brand?
Early Run operates the tester round. Product branding, manufacturing and any warranty obligations are identified in the selected offer and product documentation.
How much is shipping?
Shipping depends on the active round and delivery address. The final amount is shown before any checkout decision.
How do I identify an official email?
Official messages use the Early Run brand and the support address shown in the site footer. When in doubt, reply to the message rather than clicking an unexpected link.
How can I stop receiving emails?
Use the unsubscribe link in any tester email or contact hello@earlyrunco.com. Stopping marketing emails does not change any completed order obligations.
