Shipping policy

Early Run tester round shipping

Early Run does not collect payment or create an order during tester applications. Applications are free.

Eligible delivery region

Founding Round 01 is currently limited to eligible Canadian delivery addresses. If selected, you will receive the complete product offer, shipping amount, taxes if applicable, delivery estimate and checkout total before deciding.

Order processing and delivery

No unit is reserved until you complete checkout. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Carrier delays, weather and other events outside our control may affect timing.

Address changes

Contact hello@earlyrunco.com as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipped.

Damaged or missing packages

Contact hello@earlyrunco.com promptly with your order and delivery details so we can review the issue and advise next steps.

This policy applies to selected tester orders. It does not change the free application process.
