Free Shipping on Every Order

We provide free standard shipping on every order placed through getuptownpaws.com. There is no minimum order value.

Order processing and delivery

Available delivery estimates are shown during checkout. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages. When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Address changes

Use our Contact page as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has entered processing or has shipped.

Delays

Carrier operations, severe weather, and other events outside our control can affect delivery. If tracking has not updated or an order appears delayed, contact us with the order number so we can review it.

Damaged or missing packages

If a package arrives damaged or is shown as delivered but cannot be located, contact us promptly through our Contact page.
