You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. You do not need to provide a reason.

Free returns

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number. If the request is eligible, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return label. Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Refunds

After the returned item is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.

Exceptions

Gift cards, personalized items, final-sale items, and opened consumable or hygiene-sensitive goods cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
